As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Acture, you take the lead in building a scalable, secure, and high‑performing cloud foundation. You design and evolve our Azure landscape, drive container orchestration and deployment architecture and ensure our CI/CD pipelines enable fast, reliable deployments. You collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams while championing automation, DevOps excellence, and modern cloud practices. What you’ll do
As a Senior Software Engineer.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure to support our growing product and engineering teams. Youʼll work at the intersection of DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and Data Infrastructure.
- Maintain and optimize our Azure infrastructure across multiple services and tech stacks
- Lead the design of our future Rails-based deployment architecture
- Manage and evolve the container orchestration
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable deployments
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement preventive and reactive improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security) to support delivery
- Champion DevOps best practices, automation, and security
- Provide mentorship and guidance to developers around infrastructure and deployment

Your experience
In addition to a personal match.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure required)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Container Apps, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Bicep)
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals
- Proven track record working with data-focused infrastructure
- Security-first mindset and experience implementing secure cloud practices
- Proactive communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
