Acture expands into the Scandinavian market with acquisition of Danish Health Group A/S

NIJMEGEN, September 1st 2025 – Acture, a leading Dutch healthcare company specialised in wellbeing, absence management and insurances, takes a major step in its European journey with the acquisition of Danish Health Group A/S. The acquisition marks an important move in Acture’s European growth strategy, strengthening its presence across the continent while providing a solid platform for expansion into the Scandinavian market.

Acture employs around 600 people and is the partner for employers, with solutions in wellbeing, absence management and insurance. In recent years, the company has invested in acquisitions – including four German companies in the digital health sector. With the acquisition of Health Group, Acture takes the next step in its European expansion.

Health Group will maintain normal operations – under leadership of CEO Adam Rosenkilde – ensuring continuity for clients, partners, and employees. However, the integration with Acture opens the door to a broader palette of services and solutions, enabling Health Group to complement its existing offerings with Acture’s established expertise within insurance and digital health.
