About Acture
Building a healthy workforce.
Working at Acture means contributing to a healthy and resilient workplace for everyone. We help employers move forward with concrete solutions in the areas of wellbeing, absenteeism, and insurance. We have combined data-driven insights, tried-and-tested methods and practical expertise to create our Employee Welfare Program (EWP). This is where you make real impact: you help organizations gain control and keep employees engaged and resilient across three domains:
- Wellbeing. A healthy workplace is built on energy, resilience and perspective. That’s why the EWP combines self-care, interaction and intervention to help employees stay well, feel supported and recover when needed. Through digital tools, courses and live events, people learn to take care of their own wellbeing. Interaction fosters connection and growth, from coaching and leadership development to team challenges and health days. When professional help is needed, short-term counselling and reintegration support are available. Together, these elements create a workplace where people feel activated, valued and supported; a place where they can thrive.
- Absence management. When an employee is absent, we support them in returning to work in a sustainable and purposeful way. Our focus is on possibilities, not limitations. We identify early signs, act quickly, and maintain regular contact. This involves making concrete agreements and ensuring accountability.
- Insurance. We help employers to focus on their business without having to worry constantly about downtime and the financial impact of absence. Our trusted partners work actively to reduce costs and risks.
